strange vibrations

Recently I've been having these vibrations on my genitals and around that area. The area where the base chakra is located but I feel this on the surface. This has happened to me for years now but recently it had been more active since meditating. I wanna take this as a good sign but idk. Like I said its happen before I even came across the site n dedicated. seems to happen around like 10ish times (give or take a few) a day nowadays. And it seems to happen alot if not mostly when I'm in a awkward and or uncomfortable situation. Sometimes when I unwillingly think about something disturbing it tends to vibrate too. Does anyone know what's up with this??
