There is totally a way, always a way. Directing energy to something like that would be best if one has experience and confidence, and can get the energy to do exactly what one says all the time, if its real important another idea is doing it under the guidance of Hell, help with directing energy. Uhhh or else, try it. Only with good energy and will, just commanding your body in all of the right ways. I just tracked my ovulation and periods and didn't have sex through that window. I didn't use condoms. Heheh. Worst idea EVER.
