Strange light

Lately when I am trying to go to sleep i go into a meditative state, and this deep purple-blueish light breaks through the darkness and i dont know what can be causing this. The light calms me and it seems to feed me some energy. The strange thing about this light is i can make out some vague shaps in it but when I try to make them out my eyes start hurting. even with my eyes closed they are straining. does anyone know what this is or means and what i need to do to see through it.

It sounds like your astral projecting but you really need to open up your clairaudience points and clairvoyance points. You also need to strengthen your pineal gland. I would try that.
