Static shocks?

Hi everyone,

Since adding the ascending energy meditation and the aura empowering meditation (http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... nergy.html and http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... ation.html) I've been getting static shocks that are loud and a little painful. The static shocks that I got before those meditations were barely audible and didn't hurt either. I'm wondering what is causing this? Of course it might be nothing, but I'm just curious if anyone else is experiencing this?

does it give you a jolt to touch your fingertips together? This is your bio-electricity growing stronger. From personal experience I would say that if it's painful then your energy is displaced and you should work on balancing and aligning your chakras and aura.If energy is stagnating in only one region it tends to have the effect you describe but it it's your whole aura you just need to try to balance it out and let everything "breathe"
Also try spinning the chakras and focusing your whole aura at once.

You might also just have that much extra energy that your nerves arent used to yet

Hi Fake Name,

Seems I'm replying to this months later. Oops. A case of a crashed laptop and loss of all my automatically entered email addresses. For the life of me, I could not remember the yahoo email address that I'd used to join this group. Eventually I made a new one...

I feel a bit ashamed to admit that it was probably nothing, or just my boots rubbing over a rug or something... At least it went away when the weather became warmer and I started wearing slippers and sneakers and stuff. Awkward XD.

Oh well. If it did have anything to do with bio-electricity, I guess it's cleared up now.

Might leave myself a diary-note for the coming winter to check if the same thing happens.
