Trance work is very relaxing and is beneficial to our Spiritual well-bring. Just as the physical body needs food and water to survive, our souls need to be empowered and breathe in energy. Inducing a trance state allows us to accomplish this on a higher level. In a trace you are able to better program your aura to better work for a specific goal i.e. attracting money, positivity, repelling, etc.
