Can someone become or make themselves a spiritual vampire and suck the
life force of others, and if a human can, how would it be done?

Vampirism is seriously frowned upon.

We should work on developing our own power via power meditation, using
natural energy sources like the earth, moon and sun, and being totally
independent. Not sucking energies from live beings. This leaching and
is done by the most lowly beings and angels.
