All human beings feel emotional pain and sorrow. The impact they have on the mind and well-being usually depends on the level of emotional pain experienced. It needs to be dealt with as soon as possible, not left unchecked, because it will eventually become even harder to deal with and even worse.
Many times we carry the external negative energy that is placed on us, many times we generate it ourselves.
We also create a lethargic state around ourselves with things that we should hardly have to deal with, yet we involuntarily dwell on it and cannot accept it. We torture ourselves with our minds and produce situations we never intended in the first place.
A bad day at work, an unjustified bad mood - all these things can lead us into depression and there is only one way to avoid it - ourselves.
With the right Knowledge, these feelings can be changed and reduced. This is what healing meditations are for. Unnecessary, negative emotions must be released for the sake of our physical, mental and spiritual health, because it will only get worse and harder later.
In current situations, there may indeed be an increase in the number of cases of depression or suicidal thoughts. This situation has been created to keep people in spiritual poverty and as the next stage of the Spiritual War.
The enemy is incessantly trying to achieve his horrendous goals. To subjugate humanity, degrade civilization, build bigger and spread ignorance. We are fighting against ignorance, and we cannot let that happen.
They want to achieve in people what we see in horror movies. I will explain this briefly and concisely below.
Because the enemy has systematically made man hate his own Gods over the years, he is easily deceived. This has increased greatly over the centuries, and the number of people who have reconnected with them is rare. All this is due to Christianity.
As I have written in several posts, but I will write it down now, - that Christianity is responsible for countless errors. They have made a lot of normal people decadent, they have created a lot of nihilists. That is why Christian believers are integral to such a great thought-forming program, they just don't see it. They help the enemy to achieve their goals, such people deserve nothing but destruction.
In horror films, our Gods are portrayed as monsters. To explain this briefly - it's not our Gods who do this, it's hostile angels. They are able to do this because people believe all the lies, slander and deception, and this keeps people away from True Spirituality and the Way.
This is why when something supernatural happens to someone that makes them afraid, they immediately blame our Gods, who are also the leaders of the individual. And combine that with centuries of lies and brainwashing and we get what we have now. This must end as soon as possible, for our own sake and for the sake of our fellow man.
That's the whole point. Unfortunately, there are many people who believe this story. In fact, Christian believers are tricked by their own angels just to pray to their "god", thus forming an even stronger bond with him. If the believer tries to leave Christianity, they only have to try again and they rush back to pray to "jehovah".
The worst part is that these brainwashed people also pray in groups.
Yet, unwittingly - there are many who would otherwise have no business in carrying out this plan - they curse their own race. All this is because the human soul vibrates at low frequencies, and this is difficult to change, especially when the destructive ideas of Christianity are strongly attached.
There are still many undead people, spiritually. They are not getting the treatment and care for their souls that they would expect. The soul must be nurtured and purified, because if you don't take care of it, the soul will fight back. In the sense that it will treat the individual as he treats his soul.
Therefore, one should not leave his soul in filth, dirt and dirtiness. We have to cleanse it every day and in return he will give us back the freedom, the purity of soul to expand our Knowledge, to acquire skills. A purified soul is one of the foundations for attaining these abilities.
The wings of the soul that we open will bear fruit. If you open your soul to the Truth, you will know much more than the average person. If you develop your soul, your mind again knows more. This list leads all the way to the Divine Being, the Realm of Perfection and Tranquility.
Once this goal is achieved, we can move on to the next level. Up to now we have been largely concerned with ourselves to reach this level, but now it is time to put things we have known before in a different light, but now know and need to do much more.
This is based on wanting to help, helping and understanding - understanding and helping humanity. It is at this level that we must do all we can for the benefit of others, our fellow human beings.
I came across a question here on the forum, what should we do once we have reached the Divine Being? (If I remember correctly, that was the question, but if not, it was closely related to this) - I would answer that we should strive to help people and make the Earth a better place by our own efforts and will.
Once we have reached that level (Which can be achieved through prolonged meditation, yoga, spiritual warfare, magical practices, mind-work (For some it takes less time given the levels and abilities achieved in previous lives)) then we need to address this statement.
At that point we can do a lot - we can influence things more, we can do any skill we want, all our mental powers are free, all blocks have been unblocked. The list goes on and on. One has to meditate if one wants to reach Perfection. There is no question - a lot has to be done for Spiritual Power, but in the end the result will be constructive.
There are often situations when we may think we are insignificant. I want to give a concrete, relevant and reassuring answer. You are special, never forget that you are fighting for the place we call Earth. A place created for our species, without hostile aliens.
Remember that there are few individuals (sadly) who would do as much for our planet as we would. You will grow spiritually, you will become stronger, you will develop your minds, your auras. This Path already contains a special feature. Remember, not everyone is on this Path.
Ask yourself the question - Why am I here? If you have to ask yourself this question, it is a positive thing. Think for a moment, understand things and the significance of what you are doing. Making the Earth a better place is our common goal. And you are part of it, don't forget that.
When we enter the door of Perfection, we have to be largely concerned with making this place a better place. That includes social problems and moral decay.
As individuals, we now have the necessary power and we must use it to bring Paradise back. I will try to make this part clear. At this level we have the power and the authority to intervene to make the world a better place.
We will do so. We will not waste our time on meaningless idle chatter. On this Path, we must fight to defeat the enemy who wants to bring the Spiritual Darkness. Unfortunately, the latter has been unleashed upon many people, but through our combined strength and efforts we must put an end to it.
This is a great task for each and every one of us, but together, united, with a common effort, we can do it.
Human life is deeply Spiritual. The whole Universe exists on a Spiritual basis. Spirituality has everything to do with everything, and that is the Essence of Life - that is why so many blatant religions try to usurp Spirituality, but to no avail, because to a smarter, more evolved minded individual it all stinks.
You cannot build on false Spirituality. Especially not on a Christian Spirituality that is completely steeped in lies, in deception, instead of being based on real, true Spirituality.
Train your Minds as you train your own bodies when you go to the gym. There too, you progress slowly, encountering many difficulties at first, but eventually, with perseverance, you make slow, slow progress, and progress is quickly noticeable. You will look better, you will get stronger day by day and you will stand out from the crowd.
Once you start exercising (in the spiritual sense of opening your Soul, or Chakras), you will almost certainly feel tired afterwards and won't want to go to the gym for a while. In contrast, when you open your Chakras, you will feel happy, liberated and euphoric.
