spell question

Hello, I have a question for all of you, say if a spell is best to be done on a waning moon and on a certain sign, but the moon doesn't transits until the moon will be in waxing, can i do it on that date?

You can do the spell but your workings will not be as effective as if done according to its time (phase of the moon) when the energies are more amplified. Its best to do it at the phase of the moon that amplifies that particular working otherwise you might worst your effort. Ave Zeus!
