i know sowilo can be used to empower chakras. So when using sowilo should i vibrate it into the chakra or vibrate it and then program the energy to empower a chakra? any ideas? thanks

I think you vibrate it when focusing on a chakra with purpose. As in focus on the chakra you wish to empower and vibrate Sowilo with the purpose of empowering it.

Atleast that's the idea i'm getting.
