Sould and Auras

Are they 2 different things?
because on Jos it says everything has an aura whether its inatamite or living created by vibrating molecules and somethin about an electromagnetic feild

and i thought satan gave us like souls and auras....or something
did he just advance our mind enough to be able to empower ourselves

since an aura is part of the soul wouldnt inatamite objects have souls too
