I need to ask if the phrase "a hole in your crown" means anything to anyone here. I've been having some minor - and distracting - difficulties meditating and visualizing lately.

I need to know if this was a message meant to help or if I'm just being messed with.

If it's your subconscious giving you legitimate advice it could mean there's something wrong with your crown chakra or the part of the aura nearest it. If it isn't legit, like this message was received in a creepy way then it is meant to be a distraction- from the enemy. In which case ignore it.
