Three days ago I performed the crown throat and heart chakra opening rituals. The next day I suffered from a pain in my chest that hurt whenever I bent or even walked around. I went to the emergency room and had an EKG and a chest xray and they found everything to be fine, and said that it was probably a pulled muscle. I exercise regularly, but have never pulled a muscle, and did not exercise for at least a week before I performed the openings.
An important side point may be that I am 330 lbs and probably have bad cholesterol, 18 years old.
