Severing an Intimate bond with an ex

Okay so, my ex and I haven't been together for a few months now and I need some help severing the link between myself and her. I know her and I are done but I still catch myself thinking about her, getting envious over how fast she's moved on, etc. I NEED this wretched and vile person out of my life. She's affecting my thought patterns, dreams and various other personal things. This may sound extreme to most, but id murder this woman for being so vile but this obviously wasn't the case when we were together. She plays A LOT! of mind games with me and at first I could handle them but I feel drained constantly since she abused my trust.

Anyone with advice/information on this, please, please reply to this.
