The House Cusps are on the outside. The Planetary Houses are on the inside. Wherever that bold line points too is the ascendant on the OUTSIDE. That sign, in your case scorpio. Now you have to find the ruler of scorpio, If you look on the other videos I give a link to the rulers. The Ruler of scorpio is Pluto. Which would make your Pluto your chart ruler. 
 So If you have Pluto in Scorpio lets say. 

 Chart Ruler: Pluto in Whatever  Co Ruler: Mars in whatever

Your chart Ruler is the Planet that is naturally the ruler of the sign you have on the Ascendant.
If your Ascendant is Leo = chart ruler is the Sun, if Ascendant is Pisces = chart ruler is Neptune, and so on.

aaaand I totally missed the part about how to find my ascendant but pluto is my chart ruler so that explains alot at least.

Lol Fake name its ok. This stuff took me years to learn. I am making these videos so that one can pick it up fast.

yeah aside from knowing how to read my chart I don't know much else.I mostly just focus on meditating and training my body in addition to the daily curses on the jews.
Once I'm more advanced I'll work on other goals.

Ah. I see. Does the ruler and co-ruler count as a conjunction then?Because the mars/pluto conjunction describes me very frighteningly well even though they are not in the same house.
