I've had this since I read a young teen. There are a few simple things to help.
First is to stand equally on both feet. To walk by placing your feet down softly. We are used to how we stand and walk, so having to bring this simple function to your consciousnesses requires effort and conscious-ness.
And...Yoga. It works wonders! Also, my GD gave me one that is easy to do, even at work! Stand with feet spread slightly further than hips. Place hands held loosely with palms facing breasts, elbows out. Inhale, hold. Bend backward at the waist, holding for a few seconds. Doesn't have to be far or long. I look at the ceiling. Exhale as you bend down: Holding arms straight out, twist to touch the floor with the opposite palm [as far as possible]. Other hand straight up and you're facing behind you. Inhale as you straighten up, arms still out. Exhale as you bend down, putting both palms on ground between legs, head down. Inhale as you straighten. Twist to do the other leg [I start on left leg and right hand down; middle; right leg with left hand down]. It's almost like the high school windmills with a flair!
While standing/walking/doing yoga, concentrate on spinning and clearing your chakras. All 13 primary chakras. [You can't give energy to one and not the others.] When all chakras are clear and spinning, you can stop the exercises [if you haven't already]. Do the clearing curses part 1 and 2. Then relax and meditate on what just happened.
Of course adjust the above to work for you. And be consistent every day.
