Satan's People

I was wondering how does Satan chose his people? The reason I am writing this is that I have been a dedicated satanist since 2007 but I while people claim that they found Satan in my case it was more that Satan found me and pushed through to become a satanist. Can anyone relate to this?
While I understand that many people are lost out there as Christians etc. I would not be your stereotypical satanist so to speak. I was a devout catholic as a teenager and served as an altar boy but then when i was 13 thoughts started to come into my mind about Satan and, looking back now, I can see that Satan was trying to communicate with me and I just blocked it out and repressed it.
However, these thoughts and urges to engage with satanism, the occult etc. became stronger and it became impossible to repress them. At this time, I was in a very happy place in my life as a catholic and even resorted to blessings and exorcisms by catholic priests to repress these urges but it was futile. Eventually, after a painful transition, I came to realize that Satan was powerful and God and accepted him. 
My point is that this transition took over 3 years of me trying to pray and drive him away but he one through in the end. I am not your stereotypical satanist and was very devout catholic (I even considered becoming a priest) but why did satan chose me??? there are surely other satanic, punk kids out there who would be better for his cause and people who are utterly lost. But I was in an normal individual in my life. why did he not just give up? Surely, Satan would have contacted someone else who would have been more receptive and open to him?
I know this seems a bit convoluted and strange but it is a question that has bothered me for quite some time. Why does he chose the people he choses?

"Jesus" never existed, and your whole exorcisms deal was driving angels away, not Demons...You need to better educate yourself before saying you're a Satanist, man... Do some studying.

Many people will be surely aware and will be able to relate. Thing is, no matter the societal programming, the "exorcisms" and mind control the enemy tries to exert on people, some still escape and feel drawn to Satan. Or like he draws them to Him. This goes both ways. Thing is, what you are in your Soul you can never escape from. Those who are Satanic Souls, no matter the amount of suppression they try to bring to themselves (many are loyal by nature so they think they must remain loyal to the enemy, because they always want to be loyal to what is right) you will simply sway back to Him. The Soul knows and inside the Soul memories lie, but also things that drive us and we cannot even remotely comprehend unless spiritually advanced.

Those who have spent lifetimes with Satan or are His chosen, will seek him sooner or later. Those who have been the closest with him will have more or less, what you stated. This is a positive thing and implies that one is important to Satan, as we all are. There are also new Souls who are coming to Him and he welcomes.

Satan doesn't force anyone. Rather, He walks His part in a two way street.

The enemt has lied to everyone. They are not "god" or even closely anything to that. They are a spiritual deception.

By any chance, do not deny anything. This is very positive. People who are oriented to the Truth and are naturally drawn to spirituality, its a matter of time until they are won over. Simply because the higher part of the Soul knows the Truth behind such matters and for those who have spent lifetimes with Satan, they will know and feel the Truth. Some of you here are very important, as we all are more or less. Yet, some have certain purposes they must fullfill and this is in your Soul. Work on your ground and advance and it will all unveil, but also, listen to yourself and proceed with the actions that are required. Others who don't quite feel this, they can of course make a way for themselves and advance, but also ask the Gods what they are to do. Your Guardians and Satan will guide you.
