Wherever you want. It's your wedding, the place/time/decor/etc is up to you. Me, I'm planning on having a nice outdoor wedding, in a clearing in the forest, when it's my time. Very old Pagan :)

I'm assuming you want your marriage to be legal, in whatever country you live in, in order to have the rights of a married couple (access to life insurance policies, so on and so forth), so you would need someone who is legally able to perform the marriage ceremony. Do you have a friend who is a dedicated Spiritual Satanist? If so, anyone at all can become a legal, not affiliated with any religion minister capable of legally performing marriages. You can have a friend get certified on-line (yes, over the internet, and it is valid, in most countries that I am aware of), and s/he can perform it. S/he doesn't need to be a Satanic priest/ess. We have to make do with what we have. And there you go, a Satanic wedding!
