Hello brothers and sisters i have a question about the satanama chant.
im aware this chant is a healing meditation that can reduce ageing and heal you from the inside out. I was wondering how many times can we vibrate this chant? is their a specific number of times or can i vibrate it how many times i can each day??

Do it for as long as you want. There are many variations to how to use this chant. Yog mentioned a method where you vibrate the first letter into the crown chakra and the second letter into the 6th chakra.I felt it buzzing hardcore when I tried it.
Yog said he did this for 20 minutes.You can chant it however long you want though
