a part of life and being on the food chain. Everything feeds off of
everything in one form or another. I admire your respect for animals,
but perhaps you should take time to reflect that plants are life forms
too in their own right.. just like we're life forms with our own value.

breed and eliminate life.

My doctors have hinted at this for my problems, although they can't
actually say it (not scientifically proven) so I cook from scratch (I know
someone is going to say their life is too busy) But I cook on the week end
and
freeze. I am so glad for the invention of the microwave, and I eat seafood
sparingly and chicken and loads of fresh veggies, cook and raw.. No lunch
meats, no preprocessed food except if I can't absolutely no help it. I
have
been losing weight steadily, not fast and it is a diet I can lived with no
hunger or cravings.

It is the extra stuff they inject and feed the animals that is causing a

Thanks for the encouragement. I definitley am not allowing anyone to
discourage me from doing what I have to for my body. When I changed my

eating I began feeling 100% better and I too have gradually shedded
pounds
from 150 to 135 and enjoying it. I like yourself do enjoy freeze foods

My doctors have hinted at this for my problems, although they can't
actually say it (not scientifically proven) so I cook from scratch (I
know
someone is going to say their life is too busy) But I cook on the week
end
and
freeze. I am so glad for the invention of the microwave, and I eat
seafood
sparingly and chicken and loads of fresh veggies, cook and raw.. No lunch
meats, no preprocessed food except if I can't absolutely no help it. I
have
been losing weight steadily, not fast and it is a diet I can lived with
no
hunger or cravings.

It is the extra stuff they inject and feed the animals that is causing a
lot of health problems, including possibly obesity. Also some of those
chemicals are put in packaged food and it tends to make us want more of

stuff.

Yes, indeed. Animals are sacred and some animals are few or in instinct
because of the greed of humanity. A few months ago I was presented a CD
titled "the rave diet and lifestyle." This CD is also on the Internet. In

animals such as cows, chickens, turkey, etc., are being treated. And

Animals are so sacred to Father, I in turn love all animals as he does,
and they seem to give me the same respect back. I often feed the birds
when i
have spare bread, i always throw natural scraps into the garden instead
of
the bin.
Treat animals well, like Enki intended, and you might be pleasently
