I was wondering if it was normal to have pain in your sacral charkra after meditating on it?? But i could be doing something wrong but idk... So any advise???

Are you sure that your sacral chakra is open? I remember when I was feeling pain in a certain chakra, it was blocked... Or, it could be dirty. Always clean your chakras before meditating on them.
