sacral chakra

i cant seem to feel my sacral chakra. i feel like when i focus on it, little balls of energy float up. is there any other way i could open it? an easier way? or should i just keep trying. it says its located below the naval but how far below? maby im focusing on the wrong part.

i also have trouble locating all the chakras. but i think the sacral is located about 1 inch below the navel. also, i found that the ball of light meditation kinda helps with locating the chakras. if you can locate the front or back extension of it, then place a white ball of light there and then shift the ball forward and backward until you can find the spot that you need.  I know it sounds confusing, so just look it up on the site. Hail Satan.  www.templeofzeus.org

this may be the wrong place to say thin but when i was reading this at this page http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... LATRY.html i fealt light headed and it fealt like i wasnt there, like i was waching myself reading it from a third person view, does this mean anything??? im also new to this whole satanist thing
