Runic Yoga and Runic Martial Arts

What do you guys think about Runic Yoga and Runic Martial Arts?

These are very powerful and for the Runic Yoga, the postures are incredibly simple and yet effective. There is even Runic Reiki or "Rune Valdr." The problem with the Rune Valdr is that the people charge for a long-distance attunement when one can attune themselves, because like vril power/witch power, Reiki is within us and all we have to do is know how to awaken it.

For my birthday this year, my partner got me a set of Lapis Lazuli rune stones. The runes are engraved in gold. I highly recommend something like this for Demonic help when working with the runes and spell-casting. Runic divination will also be assisted, since blue is a color of Demonic communication.

http://www.runaraven.com/ has some awesome books. I recommend "Rune Might by Edred Thorsson" as I have it and it has a vast amount of information regarding hand symbols for working with runes, runic yoga exercises, etc.
