Runic meditation and witchcraft

I was going through the section of using runes on the ToZ site. But I didn't find the number of vibrations for each of these runes and how to actually use them in witchcraft (such as the combination and so on) apart from using them in my chakra meditation (I am using the advanced Sanskrit vibrations and feel comfortable with it). I would also like to create my runes so that I can keep them in handy. Is there any group topic where this has been already discussed earlier or any authentic links you guys can recommend?

Look at how many runes there are and you will have your answer. Just follow the general guidelines for witchcraft (raising, programming, directing) and you should be fine.
