Greetings, would someone please help me with the easiest, most effective way (quess I could just say "advise on") to use the "Thuriasaz" and "Hagl" rune's to utterly curse some much deserving scumbags who physically assaulted me? There can be no law involved. I'm not exactly sure if these are the best to use, or used together, but in my case I'm thinking rune's to be the easiest way to go. I recall there being a site page dealing with simply drawing them up with letters of a particular phrase and blood-smeared, but this was some time ago, and I'm not sure if that way would be quick or work over time.
