Hello, Does anyone use rudraksha beads for meditation or wear them? I bought a bracelet and I am considering buying a 5 face rudraksha necklace as that seems to be the 'all purpose' bead set. I looked up information on mala beads, but it didnt mention them, unless I missed it, which is possible as the webpages has so much information. So input would be appreciated. Thank you
