Other RtRs? and love spell?

Hello
I have two things I'd like to ask, first is where are the RtRs now at, I'd like to get back to it.
Second is about the love spell, why do I feel it's wrong to make someone fall in love, if there apparently not interested, you know.... I would not like it if that happened to me. And if one succeeds would it take more effort and energy to maintain the relationship, as supposed to a naturally drawn relationship?

If you think a specific kind of spell is unethical and 'bad,' it won't work for you anyway.
