I want to perform commitment, and I want to know if the language matters. I can speak English well, but I think it'd be better in my native language.

Yes. It DOES matter a LOT. When someone translated RTRs in German, the Joy of Satan website got attacked. So the enemy hates it. And what they hate, we love.
