Ritual for Cursing the Xian Church and the Foul nazarene

When would be a good time to preform the Ritual for Cursing the Xian Church and the Foul nazarene? 2/2/2013 is a Saturday and a waning moon. I'm not sure if this is a good time astrologically. The ritual should be done when the moon is in the sign of Taurus, Scorpio, Capricorn, or Pisces. How do I know when the moon is in one of these signs?

First the good news. After the moon leaves void of course, it enters
Scorpio. Now the bad news: The moon will be in void of course until
7:02 AM on the East Coast. Fine if you are in the United Tyranny of
Philo-Semitism and Stupidity; not so fine if you are in Europe, Africa,
Asia, or Australia/New Zealand. Just watch for that void of course, and
go for it as soon as the moon leaves void of course. Good news: If you
are in the United Tyranny of Philo-Semitism/Stupidity, sunrise is a good
time.

If you don't know how to read an ephemeris(I don't) you can look it up on your search engine on the internet.  If you have an ipod/iphone there's an app for that, called "Deluxe Moon" which is helpful, and also tells you when the void Moon is.
