Quite often we will get a little sign that Father or our GD is with us. The light going on, or a light flickering, or a thumping noise, it's just their way of saying "hi", especially when we can't astrally communicate with them. The fact that something happened as you were talking to Satan is a good sign that he was listening :)

With a steady power meditation program you can conquer fears like that. If you want to speed it up, try using runes and/or affirmations. Sowilo, Ansuz, Uruz, Thurisaz. Whichever you feel would work best. Or just a simple daily affirmation with White-Gold energy. Or Gold energy, for confidence.
