Rather than spiritually evolving you are hallucinating. I don't really know what to suggest to somebody who sees people "shapeshifting", perhaps stop using drugs?

Close but no cigar. One cannot simply 'shapeshift' and it is highly unlikely reptilians are prominent human figured. You may be picking up energies and your third eye being naturally more open is interpreting it as of the enemy and therefore your brain sees a reptilian, but they don't have spiritual cloaking devices likely that to blend in. There's a it of a chain of command, it's reptilians to grey's to jews. The Jews are the agents in the ground, the reptilians would not be doing such calloused work. The Jewish soul however was made from the reptilian soul
