There is no checkable external test, no quiz, no past-life regression session that delivers courtroom-grade evidence. What you get instead is the slow accumulation of confirmation through meditation, trance, and direct contact with the Gods.

It draws on Aristotle's distinction between mneme (passive memory, automatic, this-life) and anamnesis (active recollection, effortful, capable of recovering what was lost). High Priest Zevios has shared a personal account about vibrating the Ansuz rune prematurely, before his foundation was stable, and getting crushing pain on the side of his head after the fourth vibration, with worse to follow. The lesson he draws: rushing leads to a nervous system pushed past its limits. The nervous system has to be worked in a paced manner, and breathing exercises plus Hatha yoga help maintain balance. Under a stable program that didn't terrorize the mind or torture the body, things were far better. Past life work is advanced. Building the foundation first protects you.

The order I'd recommend

First, build the cognitive capacity the Recollection Meditation trains. Three graduated levels: recent events first, emotionally charged events second, childhood memories third. Master this in this lifetime before reaching for past lifetimes. Then run the Past Life Regression meditation with the 6-6-6 breath and the door visualization, on your own, to test whether past-life material surfaces for you without any rune work at all. If it does, you have your verification and your foundation. Then, when you are ready, perform the Ritual of the Great Ancestors in full on your Cancer Full Moon.

The work is real. The verification comes from inside it, not from waiting to be convinced first.
