Really no. What matter, and we always will repeat this, is to do power meditations. Your actual spiritual level have to do how spiritual you were in other lifes. The most important regarding contact with the astral is open you psychic centers (which will able you to hear and see the Gods) and to up your vibration (which will able you to touch the Gods)through the Merkaba medittion.

I am not experienced with Succubus, but may i know why you want to try with Succubus first, if you have not tried it with a girl? If you are shy or having some problems approaching girls, pm me, i can give you advices. ( experience saying here )

Not necessary. Why not begin with a succubus? A succubus is as real as every woman, and more, she will have much more love and care than every human.
