re snake eyes

ok ... have any one herd of the the black eyed people? that you should run from them because they are possessed by something powerful and dark or don't have souls of there own?( guessing grays?)

any way , i heard a new one that i thought was interesting cause i have seen it myself; "you should avoid people with snake/cat/sharp eyes because they are suicidal or they are about to die".

a don't know what to think, i was wondering if any one has heard of these and can shed some light on the matter?

what! there is a condition like this !!
see... exactly the reason why i ask this shit for general responses .. but no, i mean when you notice it with your 3ed eye. like you can see there eyes going in-and-out of cat like and human like eyes.
