Do you mean read, as in read Psychically? Because I have been taught recently by A High Ranking Pagan Goddesses, and Satan Himself that this is not proper, and is intrusive.

It does not respect boundries, just because you can do something like that doesn't mean you should without the person's permission. The Kundalini see a lot, and should be handled properly. We are to act responsibly with our Powers, not just use them without regard to other people.

Ask if the person is okay with it first and foremost whomever they are, don't just do it.

I have a different answer to offer.If you have bad feelings about this person, and your intuition is bothering you about them, then read them psychically. Especially if they are in your life and will affect you or other people (in a most serious way) you love and care about.
If you're just curious about the person, and if they are not SS, reading them psychically and telling them about what you see afterwards may freak them out and they may talk about you to others about what you have done.

I appreciate the advice Magus Imortalis. I was just instructed  to not read people psychically in general by Satan and my Guardian Demoness. You're right, we should use our powers when it is necessary, but not for show, and to invade someone's privacy.
