Study joy of satan it explains so much about the RTRS.  If your experiencing privacy issues the best time to do them would be when you have time to your self.  If you do not have much quiet time Work them in the best you can.  Vibrating the words more quietly in desprate situations is completely understandable just aim for a time when you most likely will not be disturbed.Best of luck to you on your journey comrade.HAIL SATAN!!!!!!
