<td val[/IMG]Great post ! I haven't thought of that exercise in ages, used it over 30 years age when I was just starting out on this path with fantastic results. I highly recommend this technique to others as it can help to open awareness of other realms and make communication with the Demons far easier. Keep up the great posts, so much of the old methods of shamanism are our ancient birth right !
