Probably not. For one, you don't choose your Guardian. Trying to summon someone to ask them to be your guardian is disrespectful.Satan chooses him/her for you, and it's your job to find him/her and meet him/her, not to choose. Especially Beelzebub who is high-ranking and busy, of course he wouldn't. Ouija board can be delusional too if you have strong beliefs. It can tell you what you want to hear, that's why you must be alert and aware.
That happens with most newbies where they think they have high-ranking Guardian Demons, and in most cases it's pure delusion because these are the most busy beings and either they don't guard people or they guard only the very most important ones.
