I was wondering- do you have to dress up and shower before doing that ritual? It has the feel of a working more so than a ritual, and if you don't have to prepare like a regular ritual I'd be able to do it more. It would be a great way to kill time when I have to go to church.

Would that reduce it's effectiveness? Or would Father be glad that I was working against the enemy more?

After the initial ritualistic performance of the ritual, I omitted the invocation to Satan and did not shower or dress up beforehand. For all the later performances of the ritual,  I only did the working section of the ritual.
