Fasting is only a reality for you. Ea does not require fasting. As a Satanist you decide on fasting as a lifestyle choice. I fast for a day once a week. The Bragg info is ok if you can stomach the xtian bullshit they throw into their writings. One thing about fasting is that in some situations it can help with certian diseases and also help in eliminating toxins like pesticides.

Fasting for spiritual reasons is not needed in Spiritual Satanism. But as a free thinking Satanist you can decide if fasting is for you. My MMA team fasts once a week and 3 days straight at the end of the month. They drink mineral water and drink fresh carrot-beet-celery-garlic juice during the no food phase. They also drink juices through the month. They are about 6-10 percent bodyfat with very extreme muscularity. Healthy as hell. This is not spiritual though, just health wise. I feel good when I fast once a week and 3 days at the end of the month.

<td val[/IMG]I took fasting to mean going off solid food for a day or so. The juices are food that is true and they are nutrient dense without a lot of calories.  Fasting will help with some diseases though and it will help remove pesticides. I guess it would be a juice fast.
