Never did this, but consider that red is the color of vibrancy and blood. Darker tone of Red may do the trick.

Jews also absorb grey energy inside their own head. They are thoroughly unnatural. They should not be taken in consideration anymore than a nutcase.

Red makes sense existentially there with the light spectrum, but also the manifestations of the color red in consciousness.

Thank you hp, i asked this quastion because when i breath in black it block all the outer noises/sounds to a dgree that i think that i am the only person left on my city.. No sound of cars no sounds of people.. Total calmness which is so Good for an introvert like me.
