You could personally do a summoning ritual for Lord Anubis and kindly ask him to take care of your brothers soul, but be sure to offer something in return that you can do of course, like say, you'll do Ritual's more, or meditate to advance yourself, but doing Ritual's is MUCH more better, because we remove curses from our souls. :)

To answer your questions.. You can ask satan if he can protect his soul on the astral or take him to where the souls recide. There are messages of other Zevists whom have asked that to keep their deceased family members and others close to their heart save.
As for you grieving.. Only people that are still young can not understand that it takes a lot of time to overcome this as theyve never experienced such a thing themselves. It is a very sad thing that it happened.
