Aww same i felt. Uncomfortable and in danger. I'm doing aura of protection,cleaning aura & chakras,however i dont feel energy yet. Energy meditation shoupd be done daily...

Oh also... Whenever I clean my chakras and aura I always feel a relaxed, beautiful sensation afterwards... I am not sure that you need to feel the energy in order to feel this... Have you already opened your chakras? Maybe you should insist on cleaning them a bit more?
