Okay so the problem usually is a physical problem. In this.modern society disease amd health issue are rampant.
You girlfriend is more than likely just suffering from hormanal imbalance. Which is very common for many women in this day and age.
Is your girlfriend on any kind of hormonal pill or birth control? This is one of the culprits. I cant emphasis enough on how bad and dangerous it is for woman.
Your girlfriend should change her diet and practice a form of movement and exercise like yoga which is great or Qigong. These will balance the body and hormones. Ever since yoga and changing my diet some I dont have PMS or menstrual cramps.
Your girlfriend should start a diet change by eating grass fed meats and free range chicken eggs organic and eliminating processed sugar and gmo foods or atleast trying hard to keep that to a minimum. Try to add Organic Kefir(good for balance too and the digestive system) or other fermented foods like saurkraut because it is rich in lactic acid which is great for magnesium and calcium problems (which cause cramps of all muscles in the body).
I know it is hard to just change a diet especilly in this industrial era of poisoned food. But try your best.
You can email me more if you need details and such.
She can start with herbal teas to balance her reproductive and hormonal problems.
Dong quai tea
Red raspberry tea
Red clover tea
Chamomile tea
Vitex/Chaste berry tea
All are great herbs to balance and heal and will ease PMS and cramps espcecially Dong Quai and red raspberry tea. These herbs are inexpensive and can be bought at health food stores or purchased online like vitacost.com which has excellent prices.

I do not have any definite proof for what I have figured out so far but I've noticed that the more I start to accept my gender, the less I feel pain when I'm on my period...
When I wasn't meditating etc, I had gone through some really ugly times and I literally *hated* my gender. It was to the point I couldn't look at the mirror and not frown. Back then my period used to be killing me, there was so much pain...
Then I figured some things that happened in my previous lives and bit by bit, I started accepting my gender. The first time (when I had first discovered something really important) when my period came I did not feel AT ALL pain. I had actually dreamt of having my period and I knew it without physically feeling any pain at all.
This happens nowadays as well but in the second day I do feel some annoyance; I still have a way to go.
Anyway, I did the Munka meditation for remembering things from my past lives but I DO NOT suggest this to the new members!! The things one will figure out may be too intense for them to handle. So, I don't really know what to advice your girlfriend... but what I've understood is that if you feel an anger or hatred or some kind of rejection towards your gender, then when the girl is on her period she'll really hurt.
If any other girl has any input it'd appreciated so that I can know if my assumptions so far are correct.![]()

I was wondering if anyone here has had issues massive cramping with your periods. My girlfriend has near debilitating cramps to the point she can barely function. If anyone has any solutions on what needs to be healed or what we can do it would be greatly appreciated.
Hail Satan!
