Raising The Life-Force [Breathing Technique]

WARNING: Do not perform this breath if you are prone to seizures! You are likely to trigger a seizure, and depending on your condition, you could seriously hurt yourself. Seizures occur when the electrical activity in the brain becomes sudden and excessively abnormal, which is exactly what happens with this breathing technique, as it ascends energy from the base to the crown chakra, creating a powerful energy current that passes through the brain.

This disclaimer applies to everyone else as well. For a healthy person, this breath is 100% safe; however, don’t be surprised if you experience momentary jerking, twitching, involuntary vocalizations, etc. This is a normal response when you suddenly have 100 times the usual amount of energy flowing through your brain—you can’t help it. In fact, the energy can be so powerful that it completely knocks you out. These episodes last only a few seconds, until your brain adjusts to the energy surge.

This usually happens only during the first couple of days you practice this breath. After that, the brain adapts to the increased levels of bioelectricity, and you won’t experience it again. However, going several days without performing this breath will lower your tolerance for bioelectricity back to your previous baseline, so be aware.

To work, this breath requires an arousal in the central nervous system, i.e., a powerful emotion. An analogy everyone can understand is sexual orgasm: if you're not aroused, you can masturbate all day and never reach orgasm. Likewise, the greater the arousal, the stronger the orgasm. In other words, it’s not the physical act of stimulation that causes orgasm, but the arousal; masturbation is merely the vehicle through which orgasm is facilitated, not the root cause.

This breathing technique works the exact same way. You can do this breath perfectly forever, but without emotional arousal, nothing will happen for you. The stronger the arousal, the stronger the energy release.

And I’m not talking about sexual arousal here. You have to do this breath with a level of intensity that completely moves you out of your resting state. This means you must do it with passion, excitement, inspiration, etc. This is by no means a passive breath—it requires the involvement of your whole being.

If you can’t work yourself up to a state where you feel these emotions so strongly that the hair on the back of your neck stands up, don’t even attempt this breath. You’ll just frustrate yourself and likely give up on mastering it.

The reason for this is that without emotion, energy doesn’t move. Think of emotion as energy in motion (e-motion). Emotion releases energy from the chakras, and your visualization directs it.

Feeling is the most important component of magick. To generate power, every member must feel strongly about the goal. Each person must hold a vivid image of the end result in mind. That visualization is what channels the energy.

Prerequisite Steps to Performing the Breath

The most important prerequisite is the mental preparation for what you’re about to do. You need an elevated emotional state to get your energy moving. If you can’t find a reason to be excited about doing this breath, just remember: This breath will give you a taste of the Godly power within you.

Find a safe place to sit, away from sharp corners or walls. Personally, I sit on the side of my bed—this way, even if the energy knocks me out, I won’t hurt myself, as I can only fall backward or to the sides, both of which are safe. The first time I did this, I hit the wall behind me and hurt my head, so be careful! It’s possible to do this breath lying down, but that’s more advanced and I don’t recommend it when starting out.

Don’t do this breath right after having an orgasm or eating a meal. This breath works by drawing energy from the lower three chakras and ascending it upward, so it will be far less potent if you're depleted. Plus, you won’t be able to do the abdominal lock properly on a full stomach.

Raising the Life-Force

The breathing exercise is as follows:

1. Place your attention on the crown of your head and keep it there throughout the exercise.

2. Take a slow, steady breath.

  • Immediately after, contract your perineum and then your abdominal muscles.

  • Visualize energy being drawn from your base chakra, moving up through all of your main chakras, and exiting through the crown.

  • Keep inhaling until your lungs reach the desired capacity.

[All of the above happens simultaneously]

3. Hold your breath at the top for as long as you feel comfortable.

  • While holding your breath, contract your muscles and squeeze the bandhas even more than before—as much as you can. This part is extremely important!

4. Exhale slowly and evenly.

This sequence constitutes one rep. Continue performing it until the energy exits through the crown. For me, it took about 10 breaths the first time. You’ll know when you’re close; just like with an orgasm, you can feel it coming.

The bandhas are the most crucial part of this exercise. The two bandhas involved are:

  • The standard mula bandha (root lock).

  • The second one is an abdominal lock.

The correct way to perform the abdominal lock is as follows:

  • Contract the lower abdominals first by pulling the abdomen in and up.

  • Contract the upper abdominals immediately after.

Proper muscle control is essential for performing this breathing technique, as nothing will happen if you cannot inhale and contract your muscles in the correct order. Personally, I practiced engaging both bandhas for a while before attempting the full breath, to build muscle memory. That’s the “difficult” part.

The inhale must be slow and steady. You need to give yourself enough time to visualize and apply the bandhas as you inhale, so don't rush.

When you hold your breath at the top, only hold for as long as is comfortable. This is very important! If you’re turning purple or straining, you’re doing it wrong. The key to this breathing technique is maintaining momentum. You can take a few normal breaths between reps to rest, but waiting too long (more than 30–45 seconds) will cause the energy to begin descending again. The goal is to rest just enough to avoid gasping for air or losing concentration, but not so long that you lose momentum.

Personally, I don’t fill my lungs to maximum capacity, as this prevents me from holding the abdominal lock properly. I aim for about 90% or less, just not the maximum.

Squeezing the bandhas even more while holding your breath is extremely important and is probably the most important part of this exercise. It’s like squeezing out the last bit of toothpaste, but it makes all the difference, so make sure you do it!

For the first 2–3 breaths, you likely won’t feel much. For me, I really started to feel the energy once it reached my abdomen. After it passed my heart chakra, I felt it pour down my arms. When the energy reached my head, everything became very quiet, and I experienced intense focus. Once it finally moved through the crown, I felt a sudden heat and the sensation that my whole body was sweating, even though I wasn’t sweating physically. When the energy exits through the crown, you’ll experience a physical sensation akin to being bathed in light. It feels exactly like this picture looks:

I have found that after successfully performing this breath for the first time, my understanding of energy and how it relates to my body and soul has increased exponentially.

Unlike orgasm, which cannot be used to raise energy before engaging in ritual or magic (it actually depletes energy), this breath creates an energy current that feeds into itself and is self-sustaining. Aside from releasing an insane amount of energy, this breath has the curious side effect of clearing emotional blockages and hangups. Shame, guilt, trauma, fears, basically everything that holds you back mentally on an unconscious level is stored energetically in the chakras. As energy moves up the chakras, it increases in frequency and is transmuted into a higher form, thus freeing you.

nice information and guide TG powerjustice
but i skipp becoz my body is not healthy if i trying it can be destructive to my body becoz my body not healthy.

My head is shaking and rocking back and forth while i do this, but the increase in life force is Noticable, hours even a day after doing the breathing technique, thanks [TG] Power of Justice for sharing!

It's definitely very important to use strong emotion as a basis for this.

Yesterday, without much emotion, it took me about 4-5 rounds of this breath in order to raise the energy and establish a cycle.
Today, I had better inspiration, and was able to get the same effect with just one breath.

Since this seems very strong and is new, I'll try to moderate and not overdo it, I recommend others do the same if you do not have extensive experience with high levels of bioelectricity.

I'm excited to try this soon, thank you for sharing TG Power of Justice!

I did the technique during my night session, it lasted about 10 breaths. Even after everything was finished and I laid down in bed, I could still feel this tremendous flow of energy in my mind.

Powerful stuff. There seems to be something of a "refractory period" for this breath, for the first couple days I was unable to perform it a second time in the evening, although now it has shortened such that I can do it twice per day. I'm curious if it will continue to decrease, or if it's even advisable to do it that much.

I don't think there is a refractory period for this. After the energy exits the crown, you can keep performing the breath to squeeze out even more energy, for example (be careful if you are doing this, as you can easily overwhelm yourself). One of three things can be happening for you:

1. Your body isn't allowing you to release any more energy (this is unlikely unless you have an extremely low tolerance for bioelectricity, but the body will protect itself and not allow you to harm yourself).

2. You just don't want it bad enough and didn't get into the right state of mind, i.e., lack of arousal (most likely).

3. You literally have no energy to ascend (nearly impossible).

Do you have any advice for inducing strong emotions? I have been able to keep going after "orgasm" a few times but due to improvements in my emotional state the past couple days I've been much more level-headed and it's become significantly harder to even finish the breathing technique. I was reliant on stressors and irritants to produce an agitated emotional state for this breath and I'm feeling a bit lost now.

That's not the way to do it. Negative emotions are the easiest to induce and are also of the lowest frequency. You will get very limited results if that is what you are using. This has absolutely nothing to do with your "emotional state" or any improvements to it.

As I said, this is not a passive breath. If everyone could become a God by reading a book and following instructions while picking their nose with indifference, everyone would be a God already. It's a fucking test. How badly do you want this? Do you feel indifferent to the idea of power meditation and ascending to Godhood, or does it fill you with so much excitement that you can't contain yourself?

In general, if you are doing meditation with apathy, boredom, depression, or indifference, you will see very limited or no results. This is by design.

I figured I'd follow-up for anybody having difficulty with this, as well as to confirm I'm doing it properly. The best way I've found is to take a few rapid deep breaths before doing this breath, this typically provides the requisite nervous system arousal to "climax" on breath one, whereas without it would take many breaths, and the "climax" is not nearly as strong, or doesn't come at all. Emotional arousal or anticipation alone doesn't appear to be enough or as effective, physiological arousal seems to be ideal.

When performing this daily and on the same day as one does a money working can it empower the money spell

If done right before the spell it can yes, but as he says be careful with this. I have done it and it burns me out very quickly to do rituals with so much energy. Doing this before a one shot working is maybe okay, or maybe here or there as a boost of power for one day of a 40 day working. but I wouldn't do it for more than a few days.

Vibrate RAUM into your solar chakra 50 times. This means you vibrate RAUM 50 times while focusing on your solar chakra.
2. Affirm 10 times: “My solar chakra attracts continuously and permanently impressive sums of money in a healthy and positive way for me. Large sums of money are available to me to spend in any way I desire.”
Focus on your solar and imagine a very big sun while saying this affirmation.
3. Do the Breath of Fire while focusing on your solar chakra: https://archive.is/AhdjI

This one so am already doing the breath of fire but am wondering will it more beneficial if also start this alongside it during the course of the day

Affirm the energy itself for money, same affirmation or not.

You are raising high energy with this, certainly not bad to not let it go to waste.

It won't directly interact with the money working you're doing, it will just increase results as if you were doing a separate working. As for effectiveness of this vs some other money working method, you'd have to experiment and find out. Too many factors are at play and many are individual.

It will be beneficial to everything if you do this breath, just be cautious about doing it right before your working because it may be too much energy for you to handle. Doing it after or at a different time during the day is no issue.

Very interesting technique. I will be practicing this daily for now to further experiment and evolve.

#37

I did it and honestly, on the first breath I started to have spasms and feel kind of a half-orgasm, this kept increasing after about 15 breaths, it’s very addictive, it feels like a mini drug, I don’t know if it’s because I practice a lot of meditation and yoga (I’ve always had ease with everything in the spiritual field).

After that I felt an absurd self-confidence and also a peace, like everything was done the way it was supposed to be; I’d say invincible is the feeling I had.

I tested doing this breathing and then directing it toward a person to test an affirmation, apparently the effect applied much more than if I had simply invoked an energy. In these long 4 years of practice, it’s been a while since I felt something this strong, it was a great practice. I believe I can add some rune repetitions to induce an orgasm and/or also implement an affirmation to improve the direction toward a chakra.

Since the energy circulates internally, I could also create a technique visualizing it cleansing a chakra like a flow of water purifying it.

But this stirred up some curiosities.

Can I visualize an energy both renewing the external flow and updating it? Or would it be better to use only one’s own energy?

Doesn’t bioelectricity increase when doing kundalini yoga—can this breathing be added while resting?

Would increasing the speed at which this energy circulates make it stronger? And if so, would the side effects increase?

If I evoke an element and use this breathing, could I distribute this energy better, or would it be dangerous in the case of the fire element passing through the heart?

Overall, thank you for this knowledge, I will add it to my studies.

Hail Zeus eternally

I don't know why, but I've never read it before...

Thank you very much Sg I tried it and it is very powerful, but I have a doubt, when the exhalation is made the bandha should be released? I did it gradually as I was exhaling, but I don't know if it's the right way.
