Race recognization

Brothers and sisters this day I write you to help me with something I never had any difficult with, I had an infiltration in my family and I have to recognize if this is a gypsy or a jew. I dont see much gypsyes every day so while I'm 100% with jews I would like someone more experienced to give me more details, I have a photo that depicts 3 subjects, I would prefer to send it via email than here , could someone help?
