Quick question please help!

Hello brothers and sisters

I have some experiance with energy. Im still a begginer thou. I was thinking if I could invoke the elements like water. Am I going fast? I did the advanced chakra spin and it went good so I thought that if I invoked some elements it would go fine. Should I just do seven breaths or wait more time to work on the elements? Thanks for your time!

Just focus on foundation first, and then go on. However it won't hurt to try, make sure you're ready, and don't invoke too much. Maybe do half of what it says on JOS? Not to overload yourselfGood luck!Hail Satan!
