I just completed a 20-21 minute meditation. 7 chakras, 3 minute techno song that makes it REALLY easy for me to focus..oh. So that's why doing it for a few seconds is utterly useless..wow. I feel..awake. Alert. I may not sleep tonight...
uhh quick question on the third eye: I visualize it as a point, same color as the sixth chakra. Spoiler, that's indigo, a "purple with more blue in it", from what I can see..
does the third eye spin? that's the question.
otherwise, I'm going to go back and do the current working, THURISAZ and HAGL rune working. Been slacking because I wanted to fix other problems. Those are fixed. time to do battle.
