Questions About Armwrestling and Some Stuff

You can use Uruz for strength. I like armwrestling too, especially the forearm training part.

1. Its fine in that regard.
2. Its very possible but it depends on your level of advancement and you wont get roids like results.

You can certainly do all of the above, While using magick & runes will certainly aid in your quest it will not replace actual work. Don't expect to gain unnaturally huge muscles because you used magick, this will not happen. The same thing with getting stronger bones, while yes you can use runes for this (probably not Satanas though) this is not enough. You will need to do some shock training to get the results you want, runes will aid in this.

The best way to understand the energies is to work with em, try the things you just asked about. If it works it work, if it doesn't it doesn't, the worst thing that can happen is that you learn from the mistakes you made.
