Questions about 3rd eye

I've been trying to open my 3rd eye for 2days now but to no success yet... i have some slight headaches... i feel a light pressure to my 3rd eye... and just for an instant i saw something like a kaleidoscope... and only briefly some strange colors... but this didn't last...

sould i continue to meditate?

how does it feel when the 3rd eye opens... should i be able to see something different?! sould i be able to see energies or entities in real life?! or only in the astral?!

<td val[/IMG]As far as I'm concerned there should be no pain while trying to open the third eye chakra. You should be able to do this comfortably unless you're doing something wrong. Or you could be trying too hard. Trying too hard can bring unnecessary energy into that area which causes chaos and therefore a headache. It's best to work confidently with this chakra but never overconfidently or even pushy.   You should try some chakra work. There could also be negative energies blocking or keeping this chakra shut. If you clean out your chakras you should be just fine.

well... indeed i am concentrating a lot of energy to the 3rd eye... so the pain, as you said, could be from this...

i'm a little worried that it could be that negative energies blocking it... cause i've tried to open the 3rd eye in the past several times but i had no results and the same pain...

when you suggest clean the chakras... to what are you reffering...
clean my aura.. or unblock them?

 Well, according to the JOS site, if your pineal gland is atrophied (very weak) from non use then headaches are very common.  HP Maxine even goes so far in saying that some who have nearly dead pineal glands may even experience migranes that can last for hours and that is normal as well and it should go away in time as the gland becomes more used to being up and online.   Hail Satan, Matt

<td val[/IMG]There's many different options you can use to clean out these negative energies and allow you to be confortable with working on your chakras. The best method I know of that works like a charm is using the breathing technique. I like to take deep breaths and inhale through my mind chakra innocent light, let it pour down into the chakras and exhale the dark spots which are negative energies. If you don't get full results the first time, keep doing it a few times throughout the day and the next few days and basically the more you do this the more negative energy you can dispose from yourself. I hope this helps. If not, try cleaning everything out in as many ways as you can possibly think of.

Hello , well from what i understanded you have been trying for 2 days , and if i remember correctly this has to be done for " 4 consecutive days, preferably 24 hours apart" and the headache is a normal experience as states :"This is a positive indication the pineal gland is awakening and beginning to function in a healthy manner."
