This problem extends beyond the title of Priest or JG, as part of our path involves constant growth and maturity.
Everyone should recognize how Saturn in the 10th house / Saturn in Capricorn operates: This is the home placement of Saturn and this creates a situation where one's natal Saturn energies discipline all aspects of the individual in relation to a larger goal.
Capricorn or Aquarius (Saturn's co-ruled sign) both deal with larger structures or organizations in society, respectively and this shows where and how our discipline should drive us. If someone has Saturn in a different sign or house, then this would give discipline within a different area of life, falling short of any larger goal.

I thought, maybe instead of doing Mars, Sun and Saturn squares all at once to look for weaknesses, achieve motivational changes and discipline/responsibility
Maybe I would vibrate
Uruz X30 into the solar
Swilo X30 into the solar
Nautiz X30 into the Base since Nautiz related to Saturn and Saturn to Base.

Has anyone fixed some of these aspects perfectly without any negative manifistaion? which affirmations should be sutible? I thought something like:

"These energies create in me the capacity for professionalism and productivity in abundance, now my vitality and success are all permanently increased in the best way for me."

Everyone is free to pursue things as they see fit, but don't you think that affirmation covers many, many aspects?
Those 90 vibrations has to create professionalism and productivity in every field, and also increase your vitality and success materially and spiritually in all aspects.

What about picking up one problem at a time? For example lets say discipline, in my opinion its much better to use nauthiz for discipline along with even empowerment of chakras.

This will also increase your will power thus an aid to your discipline working plus by the time you are done with one working along with empowerment, for your next working the chakras will be stronger so things will come easy.

In my opinion Its better to fix one thing quickly at once rather than trying to cover it all just like removing negative karma.

Your answer is valid however i used the word capacity to define how energy will act as a solid ground to build certain traits in abundance, i haven't mention for example "every field" like you saying because this will be a huge waste of energy that cant really cover all.

"Create in me the capacity..." -The way i understand it is this is a request or an intention to expand your inner potential. It implies you aren't just looking for "luck," but for the actual skill, mental strength, confidence, drive and discipline to handle big things and increase your mental capacity. (thats how selected runes would work)

Confidence in itself is spread in many fields along with which other mental aspects are also added in same affirmation. This working is good if you do it for a long term or multiple rounds. It will be really helpful.

If doing for 40 days i would pick up 2 aspects and increase them then move to next.

This is the targeted message.

And no it will not create any negative manifestation, there may be (maybe being the keyword here) a little backlash if you have negative karma buildup in that area but it will eventually go away.

For example increasing discipline with nauthiz might make you lazy at start and you keep pushing by the 10th day you will be more disciplined.
